WDC Group provided complete A/E design, construction documents and expanded construction administration of multiple prime contracts for this 76,000 square feet facility which opened in March of 2000 as scheduled. Design includes juvenile courts, juvenile detention and multi-county juvenile rehabilitation center. This facility was “program driven” in its design and the architecture responds to the needs of the users and inhabitants. This project had a $9,000,000 budget and was completed at a cost of $9,040,052 with change orders totaling only 1.11% construction costs. Consultants were Phillips Swager.
