The project included site acquisition, land & construction financing, planning & OPD-H rezoning, complete architectural & engineering services that involved utilities, streets, and storm water engineering. The 25 unit condominium development is situated on 4 acres within the city of Springfield, Ohio. WDC Group also coordinated the construction of the unit with multiple trade contractors.
