WDC Group completed architectural and engineering services and construction management services for the construction of this 4,400 square foot expansion to the existing building located in Jamestown, Ohio. The new addition included four classrooms and was also designed for construction of future classrooms. Bids were received at $340,700 for the total project, $41,300 below the architects’ estimate. WDC coordinated the construction of the addition, which took less than 5 months and came in under budget and with a construction change order of .38% of the total cost.
