Widener Design & Construction is performing construction administration services for Fanning Howey Associates, Inc., the lead architect on the Sugarcreek Local School District’s building program. The $43 million total project budget will provide a new Middle School, additions and renovations to the existing High School, Stephen Bell Elementary School, Sugarcreek Elementary School, and the convert the existing Junior High School into the new fourth and fifth grade Bell Creek Intermediate School. This three and one-half year construction project, which broke ground this March, will give the district a completely updated facility at each of its campuses. WDC Group’s expertise will provide the leadership and guidance needed to the coordinate up to 15 multiple prime contractors at each of the construction sites.
