WDC Group developed site plans, concept building layouts, facility recommendations, project budgets, and operational costs for the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds, Cleveland, Ohio. Widener Design & Construction organized and conducted one-on-one interviews with key individuals within the County to obtain feedback for this proposed project. A Master Plan with site data, prioritized recommendations and concept budgets were presented to the Fair Board.
