WDC Group facilitated community focus groups, completed A/E design, prepared construction documents, as well as provided comprehensive Construction Management, to coordinate 49 contractors & subcontractors to complete 6 new facilities in seven months. The facilities consisted of 92,000 square feet of pre-engineered steel structures and are arranged on a 22 acre site. Site improvements, landscaping, storm water detention, & site utilities were also coordinated by one team of professionals. Contracts awarded were approximately $6 million.
