The Holmes County Fairgrounds, Millersburg, Ohio are located in the FEMA designated floodway and within the FEMA designated 100 year flood plain. Flooding has dramatically increased since the year 2000. The facilities have suffered over $350,000 in damage during the last 4 years. Widener Design & Construction is currently analyzing the relocation options of the Fairgrounds. WDC is developing site plans, concept building layouts, and project budgets for the future relocation of the Fairgrounds. Estimated project budget is $9.7 million.
