WDC Group is providing facility analysis and concept site plans for the Montgomery County Fair in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The Strategic Planning Committee for the Montgomery County Agricultural Center Inc. (MCAC) is working to complete an assessment of their existing facilities and obtain input regarding costs for repairs, improvements and ADA compliance items. They are also considering the possibility of purchasing a tract of land on which to build a new state of the art fairground facility, and present a plan at the Society’s annual membership meeting in 2008.
