WDC Group provided design and master planning for a new township hall for the Sugarcreek Township, located in Bellbrook, Ohio. The proposed structure was over 15,000 square feet in size and was estimated to cost $1.2 million to construct. This particular project was part of multiple phases to be completed over a period of years. Site acquisition is currently in the process and construction should begin thereafter.
