

SUGARCREEK TOWNSHIP SERVICE FACILITY
WDC Group provided complete Architectural and Engineering design, construction documents, and construction administration for both the original project and new addition. The original 8,300 square feet pre-engineered wood structure included six vehicle bays, offices, meeting, training room, locker rooms and other support facilities. Total cost for the original building was $450,000. The project was completed on time and on budget. The new 3,500 square foot brick veneer addition was started in the winter of 2007 and was completed late spring of 2008. The new addition houses the remaining township offices including offices for the Township Administrator, Fiscal Officer, Zoning, IT, a conference room and township meeting hall. The addition was completed on schedule and under budget.
