WDC Group provided programming, design, and construction administration services for the 39,000 square foot build out of a vacant retail center. WDC’s responsibilities included design of client meeting rooms, client counseling rooms, offices, classrooms, IT work and server rooms, conference rooms, and a kitchen. The project was completed on schedule with change orders totaling less than .06% of construction costs. CORSP provides the Headstart program for approximately sixty (60) young children in the Urbana Area at this facility. All fixtures were scaled for the children’s size and needs
