WDC Group served as the architect-of-record for this design-build delivery of the new Washington Township Fire Station located in Moscow, Ohio. WDC Group served as the construction administrator and led the project through construction. The new 12,000 square foot pre-engineered wood-frame building includes a 4-bay drive-thru vehicle bay with additional storage space on the mezzanine, a full service kitchen, training room, sleeping quarters, administration offices, turnout gear rooms and restrooms. Substantial Completion was achieved June 2, 2017 and the project was completed on budget.
